Australian engineering-certified steel-framed deck and veranda with skillion roofing for flatpack delivery
Inclusions:
- Documentation for engineering-certified Class 1A (habitable) building kit with instructions
- Integrated Truecore® floor framing system – no slab needed (or anchor to an existing slab)
- Please note you will need to add your choice of decking material (eg: timber, engineered wood)
- Heavy-duty Truecore® support posts – add your own balustrades and steps if needed
- Low-profile skillion Zincalume® (standard) roof with underside roof lining
- Guttering system ready for downpipe of your choice to stormwater, water tank, or garden
- All flatpack building kit fixings and sealant with full parts list to check for complete delivery
- Add your selected foundations, custom options, and any other construction extras
Fully engineered and fabricated in Australia from quality materials, this deck and veranda kit is designed to go with any of our steel habitable building kits at either full-length or part-length like a porch. Choose from the full range of Colorbond® colours to match.
Exclusions: Just add your own decking boards (eg: timber, engineered wood). You may add ballustrading, steps, etc.
Dimensions: The finished deck and veranda is 1.5m-wide and 4m-long – ideal for matching with any pod kit in 4m-length or longer.
Delivery: Shipping costs will depend on your location and final kit specifications. The deposit for your sales order will be invoiced only when your shipping quote has been confirmed and accepted. Your flatpack building kit is delivered by crane truck (Hiab) to your site address and placed as near to your desired position as permissible within operational safety regulations. Once your delivery is unbundled, 1-2 people can easily move the kit components to another area for on-site assembly.
Payment: 50% deposit on final invoice to commence fabrication. 50% balance to be received before kit components are bundled for loading and delivery. Lead times in weeks may vary throughout the year and we’ll confirm with you when preparing your order.
