Flat-pack veranda kit – the perfect extra for your flatpack building
Inclusions: Fully engineered and fabricated in Australia from all-Australian steel materials, the flatpack steel habitable building kit is easily enhanced by the addition of a veranda. The kit comes with heavy-duty supports; low-profile skillion Zincalume® roof; underside sheeting; guttering system; screws and fixings; full drawings and instructions for DIY installation or by a local tradesperson. Ideal for when the area surrounding the building is to be paved.
Dimensions: The finished veranda is 2m-wide and 9m-long – ideal for matching with any pod kit 8m-length or longer.
Delivery: Shipping costs will depend on your location and final kit specifications. The deposit for your sales order will be invoiced only when your shipping quote has been confirmed and accepted. Your flatpack building kit is delivered by crane truck (Hiab) to your site address and placed as near to your desired position as permissible within operational safety regulations. Once your delivery is unbundled, 1-2 people can easily move the kit components to another area for on-site assembly.
Payment: 50% deposit on final invoice to commence fabrication. 50% balance to be received before kit components are bundled for loading and delivery. Lead times in weeks may vary throughout the year and we’ll confirm with you when preparing your order.
