Australian steel habitable flatpack building kits + construction extras

• Check your order specifications carefully. If you’re using an architect, builder, or similar, have them double-check your specifications for you. We try to help but customer service is no substitute for professional advice to ensure your specifications are perfect for your project.
• Your order will usually take 8-10 weeks from deposit to delivery. If your location is remote, it might take a little longer. We’ll give you an ETA for completion as soon as your order is logged into the computer-controlled steel fabrication system.
• No steel will be custom-cut for your order until your 50% deposit is received. Once custom-cutting has commenced, there can be no cancellation or refund of your order.
• Once the fabrication of your order is completed, the 50% balance is required before your order is bundled, ready for freight booking, and crane-lifting onto the truck. You’ll get an ETA for delivery.
• Your order will be delivered as near as possible to the desired location, usually to the verge at the front of your property, where the load can be untethered and moved to the desired location. Crane-mounted vehicles may not safely enter residential driveways. If you’ll need to move the load and can’t do it by yourself, ask your builder to coordinate for you.
• IMPORTANT: You will have 48 hours from the time of delivery to check your delivered materials and parts against your delivery docket. You’ll need to let us know in the unlikely event of any missing, incorrect, or damaged items.

Flatpack glazing kits

• 100% payment is needed for windows and doors as these items are stocked and not custom-fabricated.
• We will hold stock where possible to coordinate the delivery of glazing with the delivery of your building kit.
• Glazing kits can be refunded if returned unassembled and in the original packaging (subject to return freight and warehouse restocking fee).
